great stop with room for improvement

The indoor pool and spa area provided a relaxing escape after a long drive, and the cleanliness of the queen room with refrigerator was noticeable. I appreciated the well-stocked breakfast area which offered a nice variety plus the great proximity to a popular restaurant.

Additionally, the ice machine in the hallway was out of order, and there was no sign indicating this, leading to extra frustration during my stay. Furthermore, when I raised these issues to the morning clerk, she seemed unconcerned and didn’t provide any assistance or solutions.

The hotel had a charming, modern decor that felt welcoming and safe, especially for seniors. I appreciated the spacious common areas and adequate seating, which made relaxing easy after a long day of exploring Flagstaff.

An elevator would be helpful for easier access.
